The knowledge acquired during this training is independent of the hardware used, as it refers to the universal open AS-i interface standard.
- Introduction to the physical layer of the AS-interface industrial network: design, installation aspects, network diagnostics
- Cooperation of devices connected within the AS-interface network (system initialization, Master-Slave communication)
- Configuration and start-up of the AS-interface network
- Software development, addressing digital and analog variables
- Analyzing physical and logical layer errors
- An example of creating a visualization in CodeSys
- Maintenance - replacing devices within your system.
- Maintenance - diagnostics of devices operating in the AS-i network (module diagnostics, transmission diagnostics, determining the response time)
- Maintenance - ways to optimize transmission in the AS-i network bus, ways to improve the performance of the entire network
Laboratory equipment
Training classes are conducted in a modern Laboratory of Sensors and Industrial Networks, which contains stations equipped with elements of most types of industrial networks used in current automation.
